Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. These are great. Purchased 4 to install around pool enclosure for privacy and to block sun in evening. Easy to install with right tools. Not too heavy, relatively sturdy construction. Came with stainless steel washers, but lag screws were only zinc coated, so I purchased stainless steel 5/16 bolts instead that will not rust. I cut to fit gray rubber cover base (see photos) from HD to fit under base plates for added stability, to prevent contact from water and chlorine, prevent water from intruding into anchor holes, and for leveling posts. Product is great - delivery was terririble. FedEx left the package proped up against my outside front porch railing. I have a sign on my front door requesting packages to be left in the enclosed mud room at my back door. I am an 84 yr. old senior and unable to move large packages around the drive-way to a more secure location. Item ordered and delivered by Way Fair last year deliverd item exactly as requested.. We just installed this retractable screen on our back paver patio for added privacy that we just weren't getting with plants. The main stand is sleek and easily hides up against a post on our pool cage and the receiving post is also barely noticeable behind a planter, we just need to create a cap for it so water doesn't sit inside and lizards don't setup shop in there. The screen itself feels thick and sturdy, the color is exactly what we wanted and it is not see through.
