I cut to fit gray rubber cover base (see photos) from HD to fit under base plates for added stability, to prevent contact from water and chlorine, prevent water from intruding into anchor holes, and for leveling posts. I must admit that I was totally intimidated when I opened the box and saw all the pieces. I just knew it would take me all day, but it only took about 30 be minutes! The green house is really roomy and I love the side vents, which allow for great ventilation and allows nice breezes to blow through. While the building is pretty sturdy once assembled, be careful with the metal bars. They will tend to bend if you put a lot of pressure on them when they are not joined. Once joined, I was able to hang a few substantial plants on the center bars at the top of the structure. What’s even better is that the covering is not only sturdy, but looks really nice too!
