No glue or tools are required, just snap the interlocking tiles together. Can be used for indoor or outdoor settings. Floating installation with tiles can be removed and relocated if needed. Each tile is 8 solid pieces of solid teak wood on a plastic base. The teak is responsibly harvested in Indonesia. It's regularly inspected and every shipment receives Indonesian government clearance for compliance with responsible teak harvesting.

We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. Perfect for what I was looking for. Looks very durable and work well on our balcony. Very easy to install. Peel and stick tiles. The color is exactly as it appears in the picture. Darker is better if you have small pets as a lighter color will show more of the foot traffic. November 19,2020 - I wanted to write back and tell everyone that this is even a better carpet than I thought as we had an issue with an item we purchased elsewhere (outdoor heater) and the item we purchased was defected and started a fire when we plugged it an outlet to use.
