It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. These chairs are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable and one of our favorite features is how quickly they dry after rain.
