This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Bought this while it was on sale for my new outdoor kitchen I am building. Very pleased with the quality of the unit and the strength of the drawer slides. The door slides out very easily and it stays straight and level while in use. Feels very sturdy and like it will be able to withstand constant use.
