After taking a large amount of start time to put together it was pretty easy. First chair difficult but once you get the idea they are all alike. Table easy assembly. Based upon other reviews I expected to like the set, but I've been beaming since I opened the box as the color is just...spot...on. I've only put two chairs together but wanted to share a pic lest I forget later. I don't know if this is solid teak or a laminate (seems solid), but it's a rich color you'd expect to see in a tiki bar, which is what I'm going for. I do see inconsistencies in the finish that might ultimately lead to some of the negativity that I read in some reviews.
