A flatweave rug of hand-carded wool. Subtle, sophisticated, and soft: what more could you want in a rug? The Halo rug's ground is an angel-soft hand-carded wool, luxurious and understated. Hand-carding requires skill and attention, and we use a kilim-style weave to show off the yarn's natural texture. A blend of New Zealand wool and European wool creates a natural abrash effect from cream to beige to brown. so this is so gorgeous - we renovated an old house - joining new with 100 year old - this rug was perfect ! This collection features traditional southwestern and tribal designs using vibrant yellow, orange, blue, brown, green, rust, beige, tan, black and white colors on a flat weave rug. These rugs are handwoven in India of 100% wool on a cotton foundation. Since the product is handmade, some color variation due to the dye lot and size should be expected.

Colors are deeper than pictured, it looks great on the wood walls of our cabin, which was the intension of the purchase. Love this as a wall hanging, not sure I would like it a s a rug as it's thin and scratchy (wool) would definitely need a pad.. Anonymous. California. Wed Mar 25 2026
