I searched a long time for a storage bench that would fit at least three or four couch pillows so when theyre not in use I could put them in there and not have my pets ruin them. I also have a short wall, so I needed something not as wide, which is very difficult to find. I love that it came as one piece and I only had to screw on the feet. Also in the pictures on the website the feet look black but theyre actually a very dark brown which I was happy to see. (Ignore my half-painted wall in my pic ...still in progress lol.) OK, let me tell you this ottoman and the couch that you could buy separately. Hopefully still is the most comfortable in couch. I’ve owned in my life. I love a wide seat where your knees are lifted and with the ottoman connected to it you’re in bed it feels as though you’re literally in bed if you lie the other way, you feel like you’re in bed so if you have a easy time, find a sleep this couch is gonna become your second bed. I’m joking, but it’s that comfortable and it’s gorgeous, and since my kids are away married in college, and I don’t have to worry about stains; I purchased the white, which is actually an off-white it’s not yellow white it’s a bougie white but it’s not beige either. It’s white but it’s just a lot of warmth to it and that Ottoman is they’re so easy to move and the craftsmanship is remarkable for the price. This was my best investment in a very long time.
