Wonderful rug! I need new rugs for my new floors and was looking for something to fit in with my antique decor. This design was so beautiful and I knew it would fit it so well with what I was looking for! When the package arrived,the rug was folded up in a small shipping bag. It was compressed in a plastic bag inside. Upon opening, it fluffed right up instantly and unfolded with ease! When spreading it out on the floor it had shown barely any creases. The material is really soft and plush, walking on it bare foot is comfortable and is not scratchy. There is a non-slip padding underneath which is always really appreciated! It also came with a care card with instructions for cleaning and a QR code for instructions to flatten out any creases. Since I wasnt experiencing any issues with folds I did not need the video. Overall, the design is very clear and the colors are rightfully muted as to not be overbearing. It truly looks like a tapestry and I love it! It was hard to find a rug that was long enough for my hallway, so was happy to find this one. I chose the all brown rug, didn't see this two tone one in the picture above. I kind of wished I would have chose the lighter color because the hallway has no windows and can get very dark. Other than that, I am happy, has a nice softness under the foot, vacuums nicely. I got 2 of these rugs and they are very cute. They stay put and I have tossed them into the washer. Designer rugs do not have to break the bank. 100% polypropylene, machine tufted, non-skid backing. Soil and stain resistant and proudly made in the USA. The rug will ship folded in a box. Fold marks will disappear after a few days. Please note that size and color representation are subject to manufacturing variance and may not be exact. Also, note that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer and may distort actual colors. Photos are as accurate as possible; however, colors may vary slightly in person due to flash photography and differences in monitor settings. Each rug/carpet is manufactured with the same colors as pictured; however, they can be manufactured from slightly different "dye lots". Meaning when the yarn is dyed it can vary in shade ever so slightly.

Also with anything you buy here you have to pay return shipping and for this it’s about 25. So that’s 25 in the hole plus gas and my time. And it’s heavy so you gotta haul it to a Fed ex.
