This seems to be a good quality product. I thought the way it was shipped was great. They had the cushion in a bag with all of the air taken out and placed it inside the square bottom of the ottoman with the top part of the ottoman securely over it. The box was thick and I felt it was sufficient to protect everything. It took about a day for the top cushion to fully "fluff up." The material is soft and seems to be well made. We put it in our kids' playroom, so time will tell how it will hold up. I feel that the color is accurate. We were trying to match the color of a couch we already have and I think it is pretty close! I love how there is storage in each ottoman. It can fit one large blanket. The measurements were accurate which was important because again, we were trying to match the height of our current couch. Nice looking oversized ottoman. But the color seems to be darker than what’s shown on the picture. The texture of the fabric is not as soft as I thought it would be.
