Wonderful rug! I need new rugs for my new floors and was looking for something to fit in with my antique decor. This design was so beautiful and I knew it would fit it so well with what I was looking for! When the package arrived,the rug was folded up in a small shipping bag. It was compressed in a plastic bag inside. Upon opening, it fluffed right up instantly and unfolded with ease! When spreading it out on the floor it had shown barely any creases. The material is really soft and plush, walking on it bare foot is comfortable and is not scratchy. There is a non-slip padding underneath which is always really appreciated! It also came with a care card with instructions for cleaning and a QR code for instructions to flatten out any creases. Since I wasnt experiencing any issues with folds I did not need the video. Overall, the design is very clear and the colors are rightfully muted as to not be overbearing. It truly looks like a tapestry and I love it! For the price it’s good. I worry about the rubber underneath melting onto my hardwood floors so I’m not going to keep it. I get a ton of light and warmth where that rug would be. Also with anything you buy here you have to pay return shipping and for this it’s about 25. So that’s 25 in the hole plus gas and my time. And it’s heavy so you gotta haul it to a Fed ex. So be very sure when you guy a rug! This one is the lighter one!! Also the material is a bit itchy so if you walk on it barefoot not a vibe. When I ordered the Adderley Floral rug, I was a bit nervous ordering something this size online, but Im thrilled to say it exceeded every expectation. First, the quality is absolutely amazing. The construction feels substantial and well-made - this is clearly built to last. The colors are true to what you see in the product photos, which was a huge relief. The charcoal gray base is rich and sophisticated, and the floral motifs in turquoise, rust, cream, and sage are beautifully rendered. The turquoise tones particularly pop in person!
