One product was advertised as a smaller size and had to be retired. The other had a sticker pasted over the entire side of a metal trash can. Your customer service could not give me hints to remove. For the price it’s good. I worry about the rubber underneath melting onto my hardwood floors so I’m not going to keep it. I get a ton of light and warmth where that rug would be. Also with anything you buy here you have to pay return shipping and for this it’s about 25. So that’s 25 in the hole plus gas and my time. And it’s heavy so you gotta haul it to a Fed ex. So be very sure when you guy a rug! This one is the lighter one!! Also the material is a bit itchy so if you walk on it barefoot not a vibe.
