This was delivered today within the time frame given. The delivery person placed the box on my carport near the kitchen door. There was no damage to the package at all and the ottoman was packed securely to arrive free from damage. The color is as described and the legs were easy to attach. I did have to use a silicone jar opener to grasp the legs to tighten them due to issues with grip in my hands. The ottoman is sturdy and the upholstery looks to be a high grade. This seems to be a good quality product. I thought the way it was shipped was great. They had the cushion in a bag with all of the air taken out and placed it inside the square bottom of the ottoman with the top part of the ottoman securely over it. The box was thick and I felt it was sufficient to protect everything. It took about a day for the top cushion to fully "fluff up." The material is soft and seems to be well made. We put it in our kids' playroom, so time will tell how it will hold up. I feel that the color is accurate. We were trying to match the color of a couch we already have and I think it is pretty close! I love how there is storage in each ottoman. It can fit one large blanket. The measurements were accurate which was important because again, we were trying to match the height of our current couch.
