This seems to be a good quality product. I thought the way it was shipped was great. They had the cushion in a bag with all of the air taken out and placed it inside the square bottom of the ottoman with the top part of the ottoman securely over it. The box was thick and I felt it was sufficient to protect everything. It took about a day for the top cushion to fully "fluff up." The material is soft and seems to be well made. We put it in our kids' playroom, so time will tell how it will hold up. I feel that the color is accurate. We were trying to match the color of a couch we already have and I think it is pretty close! I love how there is storage in each ottoman. It can fit one large blanket. The measurements were accurate which was important because again, we were trying to match the height of our current couch. I loved this storage bench! The teal is very pretty, the thing’s well made, hinges are of great quality, and it arrived very well packaged. The only reason (well, 2 reasons) why it does not get 5 stars is because it’s so light, it moves too easily around wood floors, so I always have to be putting it in place over and over again, cuz it moves about easily from just having my little kid or dog slightly brush against it... then again, some people might like how light it is. Secondly, that the upholstry (fabric) on the top cushion (lead) is not on taut, but a bit loose. Overall, it’s VERY nice and I do not regret buying it at all — quite happy with it!. Cali. Delivery was great, as always. Not sure if I would call it an ottoman it is HUGE. I wanted a movable seat for my grandkids to sit and play video games.
