This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side. My hands are on the small side, but felt very good in my hand. Have only used twice, once to slice an apple and the other to thinly slice a tomato.
