It's as pictured. The cushion comes a little lumpy but settles down with some fluffing. The legs are textured, not sanded smooth and white paint is applied to give it a weathered or beachy look. I'll fill and finish the wood portion to make it look nicer. The cushion isn't reversible, but there's a large zipper on the bottom, so it may be washable. I love that the top is hinged and easy to open. It is super sturdy and well-made. The size is great for many sweaters and hoodies. When I called the vendor, I clearly stated I planned to use this product to store olive oil bottles with 2.5” diameters. The customer service lady talked to the “engineers” who said the bottles would fit in each compartment.
