Moved into a new place and realized the single towel bar (one in each bathroom) wasn't going to be enough for us or for our guests, so we replaced them with these double towel bars. It was an easy replacement in place of the single towel bars. I love this set! This is so solid and heavy that I'm sure it would hold a lot of weight like a heavy, terry winter bathrobe or nice thick wet bath towel. I actually use it for my hand towel and face cloth next to my sink. My towels have loops so I hang it that way but it works just as well to hang the towel in the hook just like a towel bar. I am hanging a very large face cloth (almost regular hand towel size) in my photo. I bought the whole set amd it really makes my bathroom stylish. Incredibly low priced for this solid quality. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo).
