A few questionable design/quality choices like the base/tilt piece sitting on top of the bracket that connects the seat bottom and back together, leaving a gap that adds unnecessary strain to these parts. The base is nothing special you wouldn't find on any cheap chair. The upper seat is pretty nice, especially for the price. I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! Not only does it make cleaning insanely easy, but it does a fantastic job and it is the only solution we found that also get all the way up to the walls (it's also very gentle and doesn't hurt paint or finish). 5/5 isn't even good enough. This is my first Robot Vacuum and I'm not disappointed. Although I've had to readjust it (its gets stuck) several times, it does a great job overall.
