Have had this for about a month now and love it. Wasn't too awful to put together and is quite sturdy. I have it pushed up against my standing desk. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. The stands themselves are beautiful and much nicer than expected. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the screw threading on the poles was not perfect. The one pole threading had what looked like a bead of metal or possibly solder which kept the screw from attaching. Fortunately using a file I was able to remove it. A second set of threads was just a little off and I had to force the screw in. Once I got it started however it did attach. So... beautiful stands if you have a little mechanical know-how..
