The package came in well packed. I was going to install it hardwired in the guess bath. I tested it first and it's not that bad. This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly. It heats the towels and changes the ambient temperature in our boat bathroom. Doesn't pull a lot of power, but gives off the heat we were looking for.
