The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room. I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion.
