I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My shop gets brutally hot during the afternoons, especially with tools running and the sun beating on the building, but this unit cools the space down way faster than I expected. Within about 15-20 minutes you can actually feel a huge difference. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once mounted it feels solid and secure. I like that it has multiple modes including eco, sleep, dehumidifier, and fan settings because Florida humidity is no joke. The dehumidifier feature really helps take that sticky feeling out of the air. It’s also quieter than I thought a 14,000 BTU unit would be. Important Review! Overall the drawer fridge is fine. Does and appears as described however unpon installation with the feet, the height is .5” taller than description. For under counter applications, this is critical. This needs to be corrected by the description or manufacturer. As you could see, it came in to play for my bar set up. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my window unit is running at 70° Eco and turns off when it reaches that temperature. I did buy an air purifier filter and received it yesterday so I’m reading the directions to see how to put it in. Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day.
