Overall, I like this desk. I wanted a white desk with a back panel to help conceal the abundance of cords and equipment I have (my desk is for both work and gaming so I have 2 computers that hide under the desk. Overall, this feels like a quality desk. I love the shape and it was relatively simple to put together (did it by myself, would’ve been even easier with a second person). My only complaint is about weight distribution. I have two monitors, and they’re curved so they’re a little heavier (16lbs each). Because the back panel doesn’t sit at the back edge of the desk, and is instead recessed a little bit, you need to be mindful of how much weight you’re putting on the back of the desk. I have a dual arm monitor mount that holds both monitors and clamps to the back of the desk, but I couldn’t use it- after fastening it to the back of the desk, I noticed the front parts of the side walls of the desk raising up off the ground. I went back to 2 regular monitor stands, but even then, I had to use some shimssmall furniture pads to keep the desk level. Note that the desk feels very study, and it’s not that it’s wobbling- but if you put a significant amount of weight (2 heavy-ish monitors) on the back edge of the desk, it will lift the front part of the desk off the ground a bit. If you have just a laptop or a single monitorkeyboardmouse on the desk, this won’t be an issue at all. Just be mindful of how much weight your stuff weighs!. Regan. Thu Apr 30 2026

This reception desk has two sizes: 70.87 inches and 82.68 inches, you can choose the right size according to the scene. The simple combination of brown and black is suitable for various styles of storefronts and reception spaces, and is very suitable for handling business, receiving visitors or customers. The spacious, high-designed table top provides ample writing space for visitors, who can make inquiries or make appointments more comfortably. There is ample writing space for reception staff and plenty of room for personal belongings.

This is a very heavy desk and the assembly instructions are not clear. The booklet lists parts by assembly order, but the labels on the actual pieces don’t match the numbers in the manual. For example, both the front and back panels are labeled “1” in the booklet but have completely different numbers on the pieces themselves. A few things I learned the hard way: Tighten the cam bolts completely into one panel before inserting them into the cam lock nuts (connectors). If they’re not fully tightened, the desk won’t pull together properly and you’ll end up with visible gaps. I had to take mine apart and redo it — rookie mistake! Watch for look-alike parts. Some pieces are nearly identical, and since the labels don’t correspond clearly to the instructions, it’s easy to attach something to the wrong side. I didn’t realize I’d done that until the end, when I couldn’t use the “F” bolts because one panel was flipped. Guess what? I didn't take it apart to fix.. :-/ too much time and manual lifting so... Expect fingerprints. The black finish shows every bit of oil from your hands. Have a soft cloth or cleaner ready to wipe it down once you’re done assembling. Overall, I managed to figure it out by comparing the parts to the picture of the finished desk rather than relying on the booklet. The desk itself is sturdy and attractive once assembled, but clearer labeling and better illustrations would make a big difference.. Anna. Schererville, IN. Tue Dec 16 2025

This file cabinet in Hansen cherry matches my cherry wood desk almost perfectly. Just had to put the casters and handles on.
