Perfect! It elevates a wall and it's very easy to work with. It stays straight (unlike those rubber pvc rollable moulding). It's similar to a foam board but it's sturdier. It was easy to cut with shears. Using construction adhesive to stick to the wall, it was a breeze to put up. It's also paintable. I didn't need any primer. Just a couple coats of paint! I used this as picture frame moulding in a bedroom makeover. It was easy to paint. I used a miter saw to cut it and did have some edges that frayed a bit. Sanding helped.
