The item arrived undamaged but It appears to be reshipped, the box had been resealed. There is nothing obviously wrong, it is not damaged, it just doesn't light up. I think I would have enjoyed it if it worked. I had a very unpleasant experience trying to return it. I had to provide photos but because there is no obvious damage, they weren't accepted. I spent over an hour trying to return it. I am a long-time customer and rarely ever return items so I was insulted to be treated like a liar trying to return this item. Secondary wiring for class 2 transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. Maybe dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer.

My parents fiber optic tree was one of my favorite childhood decorations, and Id been looking for one forever! Found this one and Im SO HAPPY with it! Only weird thing is that the Christmas lights on it (they dont blink) are not wired to the base, and the cord for them is 6 inches long while the cord for the base is closer to 6 feet long!
