Living in sunny Florida it is a must to have a fan like this for when you need to work in the garage. I decided to order the 37 x 38 one and I am so glad I did. The fan itself is very strong and it gives out a lot of air. It arrived fully assembled and there were no instructions or manuals included which is totally okay. My only complaint is that the cord is only about 3 to 4 feet long and I wish it was longer so that I wouldn’t have to use an extension cord.
