I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. After an exhaustive search we found this perfect ZLINE microwave to put in the corner of our new kitchen next to the pantry. This is an OTR model but it can be mounted as we did. It convenient yet out of the way, not taking up counters pace. We didn't care for the microwave in a drawer, so this was the fix. The tubular handle matched other appliances. My only thought was I wished the handle matched. For some reason it's shiny chrome on a stainless trimmed front? You don't notice as it's in the corner, but we did wonder. We have had our range for about 6 months. The cooking is great, everything you would expect, easy to adjust heat. Oven if wonderful as we bake lots of bread, fast preheat is a nice feature for dinner rush. The warming drawer has a spring loaded release that is incredibly annoying, it pops open all the time even if you brush against it with your foot. Additionally most of the time it takes more than one, commonly several, attempts to close and latch it. Sometimes if you open the oven door steam will activate the control panel. This microwave has quickly become one of my favorite appliance purchases. The size is perfect—large enough to handle everyday needs, but still sleek enough to fit seamlessly into my kitchen island. What makes it stand out most is the design. The black stainless steel paired with the champagne bronze accents feels luxurious and unique. It coordinates beautifully with the rest of my kitchen suite: the ZLINE refrigerator in black and bronze, my 48” Thor by Gordon Ramsay range, and the Thor dishwasher. Even though the appliances are from slightly different brands, the gold fixtures tie everything together in a cohesive, high-end look. I love that ZLINE included a black handle option in case I ever want to swap out the champagne bronze, although I honestly don’t see myself doing that since the brushed gold look is stunning. Installation was straightforward—it only required an outlet behind it, and I chose not to use a GFI outlet since the microwave is in my island without a sink nearby. The main reason I selected this model is because it doubles as a convection oven. It’s incredibly convenient to have a second oven in the kitchen for holidays or entertaining. The broil feature works well for crisping food, though I do wish there was an air fry setting. Preheating takes about 15 minutes, which I find a little slow, but the cooking results are excellent. It doesn’t have the push-button drawer feature some microwaves include, but that’s one less part to break down the road. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly.
