Overall a solid built vanity. There’s a center support brace underneath making installs with floor plumbing tricky. Little plumbing rework solves that. One of the drawer fronts does have a dent. I am rating this at 4.5 but we have not installed it yet and I would say 4.0 as there was a smalltiny chip out of the bottom edge of one of the doors - not anything we did as it was there when we opened the box and its barely noticeable.
