We love this -- it took my husband three days to put together as it's very detailed and sturdy. This is very small and only will work for ages 2-8 I think. My kids love it so far. Aside from a few minor scratches to the black finish, this is a great playhouse. We used Wayfair assembly to have it put together and that was a smooth process and efficient.
