Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Also, The toilet seat is very easily scratched, in the month since it’s been installed and I wonder if there is a way to replace it in the future, if needed. And it looks amazing in the room!. We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. This toilet exceeded expectations. The design is sleek and modern, and the skirted base gives it a very clean, high-end look in the bathroom. The Universal Height is comfortable, and the one-piece construction makes cleaning much easier. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. The flush is powerful and efficient while still using only 1.28 GPF, which is a great balance. The CEFIONTECT glaze really makes a difference—everything stays cleaner with less effort. The WASHLET+ integration is seamless, with no exposed hoses or wires, which keeps the overall look very polished.
