We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. WASHLET+ toilets feature an opening on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET+ supply line and power cord creating a seamless integration. The Redington comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The Redington is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense and CALGreen requirements. Features a left-hand chrome trip lever. Does not include seat or WASHLET. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: Compatible toilet seat or T40 WASHLET+, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and water supply lines.
