The Universal Height is comfortable, and the one-piece construction makes cleaning much easier. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. The flush is powerful and efficient while still using only 1.28 GPF, which is a great balance. The CEFIONTECT glaze really makes a difference—everything stays cleaner with less effort. The WASHLET+ integration is seamless, with no exposed hoses or wires, which keeps the overall look very polished. I’m so very excited for this toilet! It arrived quickly and was very well packaged so there’s no damage whatsoever. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever want in a toilet including automatic seat closure, nightlight, and of course a bidet! It requires its own dedicated power outlet so I’m waiting for the electrician before I can get the toilet installed. That part will cost a couple hundred dollars but I can tell that it’s going to be the nicest toilet I’ve ever had but I will update my review once it’s installed.. Lisa. Royal Oaks, CA. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one.
