Wayfare is very frustrating to deal with. When there is a problem they have no way of communicating with a human to solve the problem. I ordered a simple 36 inch steel paper dispenser that arrives without all of the parts. I have been trying for more than 12 hrs to talk to someone to inform them of the missing pieces. They continue to use a robot no human and ask the same questions. I don’t plan on ever using Wayfare again.
