Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Ordering from Wayfair was excellent, quick and damage free. The manufacturer product setup instructions though horribly written, no written instructions with the product but found them online. The glass top was shipped very well, that i don't know how to take off the protection cover, with 2 screws written labeled not to unscrew. Do i assume the unlabeled screws can be unscrewed.
