This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. I’ve been using my sauna every single day since we got it and I honestly love it. It has become part of my daily routine! My husband put it together in about 5 hours. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but he was able to figure it out. We did have to change the outlet because the plug was different but it was an easy swap. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
