If you want any pressure, you'll have to remove the flow restrictor. That helps, but we still do not like the circular spray pattern with no jets/water in the middle. Also, the adjustable flow setting does not seem to work or make a difference. We would never buy this again. Disappointed in Wayfair's usually great customer service. When I called to return it for a refund, they said I got it "for free" because of discount when applying for Wayfair credit card.
