The XOBI island hood offers classic styling at an unbelievable price. Who said island hoods have to be expensive? Enjoy the freedom of an island hood. XO delivers.

All in all we like the hood, but for the price there were some issue. For one, two sides of the column had a smoother brushed finish than the other two. Also, some small specs of rust have appeared on the finish. If I had to guess I would say some iron particles were left behind by the brushing process. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet.
