I needed to replace a Kohler corner tub in my primary bath that took up a huge section of my bathroom and I needed a tub that had presence/would fill the space well without looking skimpy. I also had a unique drain placement I needed to work around. I ended up deciding on this bathtub due to looks and the offset drain. Delivery was easy and the tub was extremely well packaged and somewhat resembling the Ark of the Covenant from "Indiana Jones" in its giant, wood crate. The finish on the tub is pristine and there isn't a single blemish on the tub, so the packaging was excellent. My remodel is ongoing, so I will need to update this review once it's complete.. Krista. I try to install it, but the client wasn’t happy because he did a lot of money, but it is what it is. This beautiful tub is perfect for our bathroom remodel and worth the investment! So happy with this purchase! The air bubbles are strong and provide that luxury "spa" touch. We worked with the plumber and electrician together during the rough-in phase to 1) install an electrical outlet for the motor in the closet adjacent to the tub, and 2) run conduit under the floor between the closet and the tub. Everything is elegantly hidden from view, and the blower motor is easy to access if necessary. The tub deck is blank so it can be drilled for your customized faucet choices. Door was installed in an exact 44" opening. There is a gap between the doors when they are fully shut but no water escapes the shower. A thin plastic strip should be included to correct the gap but it really doesn't matter. The inner door was difficult to install and adjust. It kept slipping off the track on the bottom plate.
