The item was perfect. My dealings on the phone with wayfair were 100%. I ordered 3 different refrigerators 3 different times. The first 2 were cancelled days later because they were "out of stock", although they were in stock when I ordered them. Finally, the third one shipped and was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday evening about 7PM I received a recorded message telling me it would be delivered between 7AM and 11AM. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning text before it arrived. At 7:15AM I got a call from my neighbor that a delivery truck was backing in to my driveway. No warning call or text. I had to scramble to get my neighbor there to organize everything and sign the paperwork. The drivers did a great job getting things done. I have no problem with them. Wayfair, as I said, went above and beyond for me. Whoever was supposed to notify me dropped the ball. And GE, selling me 3 refrigerators while 2 of them were out of stock, failed miserably.. Michael. This range is terrific! We haven't tried all the features yet, but are very happy so far with what we have used. The range is attractive and has two quick-boil burners. Temperatures in the oven are reliable and things seem to cook faster that the did with our old stove. The control pad is easy to access and is for the most part pretty intuitive. We are experimenting with the Convection settings with successful results, but haven't tried the Air Fry yet (I have a countertop Air Frier so really don't need that function anyway). There are a couple things I would change, however. The two quick-boil burners are at the front of the cooktop. Most of the time I don't need to boil something quickly, so it has bee n a challenge to learn how to modify the heat so things don't burn. It would be better to put at least one of these in the back, and move the simmer burner to the front. The other thing is the drawer beneath the range (where a broiler would be in a traditional stove). It is quite shallow and flimsy. In fact, I would say this is the biggest weakness of this range. This is a nice refrigerator. I wish it came with a meat drawer and a pull out freezer door. Other than that the sale price was right and I am happy. I like the fact I can hear it running.
