Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die. Best Pan ! Love Love Love this pan ! First time I used this I made Chicken Carbana and it was so easy and came out delicious! The cheese sauce melted so easy and nothing stuck to the pan ! So the sauce came out so smooth and creamy ! And it took just a minute to clean the pan. ( I hand washed it ) Next morning I baked some sticky pecan rolls in it. And they came out perfect and they just slid right out of the pan onto the serving platter. This is a good size pan too !
