The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great.
