This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Nice modern look toilet. I was concerned the low GPM would be an issue but it is not. I paired the Aquia IV with Toto's s550e washlet for seamless pass-thru water line and electric cord. Added an auto-flush module (THU765) for s550e so I do not use the top flushing buttons and can't speak to whether or not i prefer them on top or a different toilet design where the flush handle is on the side. The chrome center-mounted push button that sits atop the tank allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. This version of the Aquia® IV offers TOTO T40 Washlet®+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Washlet®+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. The Universal Height design allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The TOTO Aquia® IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California's CEC and CALGreen requirements.
