So happy with my new greenhouse! The assembly was a little intimidating at first but my husband and I worked together and were able to get it assembled. It wasn’t too bad just took a little while due to all the rain we have been getting. Every piece was labeled including the screws which made everything so much easier. They have a booklet or an app you can use for the assembly, we decided to use the book. Water and electric was super easy to set up we ran an extension cord and water hose for now but will work on long term lines for both. It has so much space and storage room! The Savoy House Protea 12-light pendant was designed by award-winning interior designer and TV host Breegan Jane. It is named for a beautiful African flowering plant that is also known as the sugarbush. The sugarbush has a distinctive shape that is portrayed here with gently curving hammered arms topped by delicate blossoms, all finished in a rich bronze Manchester finish hand-painted by artisans. Protea is 40" in width and has an adjustable height ranging from 15.5" to 69.5". It uses twelve candelabra size bulbs of up to 60 watts per bulb. Bulbs not included. Comes with four 12" downrods and one 6" downrod.

The picture I ordered was damaged. It is too heavy and large for me to try and send back. I was offered 20% refund which I felt I did not really have a choice and had to accept.
