We love our new couch. We wanted something bigger then the couch we already owned and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. We have two dogs and a cat and we all fit on it with space for more. The two ottomans that come with it have some nice storage for dog toys and some blankets. You do have to fluff up the cushions and the back pillows every one in a while but nothing too serious. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. I really like this couch it is massive. It is odd going from a normal spring couch to feathered. You will sink. If you are heavier I wouldn’t suggest it I don’t know if it would be comfortable or suitable. It is the best alternative to the cloud couch for the price. The actual covers on the couch are more velvet than cloth compared to the cloud couch. Only thing that made it 4 stars was I ordered when there was 3 left it updated and said 2 left ( important). Said would be here next week got back ordered 3 months even though I ordered in a timely manner and sadly they only gave 10 off for inconvenience. Updated and came 2 months earlier than expected. I purchased this couch three weeks ago, after assembly we learned that parts were missing. I called and the rep was very nice and understanding. But here I am still no seat cushions.
