The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and T40 Washlet®+ or seat designed for Washlet®+ models.

I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush.
