They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes. The only minor issue is that sometimes it seems a little too straight - for instance when I pull the spray nozzle out, it is a teensy bit hard to turn it to spray into the far corners - but I prefer the look and shape the way it is so I don't mind.
