I opened everything to inspect it and confirm all parts were included, and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The tub itself is beautiful and looks much more expensive than it actually is. For the price, it’s a great value compared to similar tubs I’ve seen elsewhere. Wow. Our contractor said he had never seen anything like it. It's super heavy and you can feel it's solid. My only hesitation was that the spout for tub filler is going to be a lot higher than usual, but I think it'll work. I bought two colors, the Unlacquered Satin Brass and the Matte Nickel. Both are stunning. Satin brass as a very subtle shine, but maybe a bit too rose gold-like for our bathroom. The Nickel is a lot more transitional and neutral, think I'll end up keeping it.. The tub is beautiful. It seems to be well made and is very heavy which is a good thing. The air jets create a vigorous bubble action which provide a nice "massage". The install was a bit difficult in the sense that it is very hard getting an accurate measurement on the rounded bottom for placement of the stabilizing wood blocks that you must fasten to the floor. I followed the installation instructions exactly but the manufacturer should find a better way to accomplish this procedure.
