Great suction. That's what counts. Easy to maneuver. The canister is a bit heavier than I expected, but quite manageable. I like the fact that it uses hepa bags. I bought this for my house, not commercial use. I have smooth floors throughout and a very tight woven carpet runner in the stairs. The accessories are a good variety. All and all, just what I was looking for. I've scene these in some buildings and have ways wanted one. Cheaper than a lot of household vacuums like Miele for instance.
