There were issues with shipping but this U shaped ac unit finally arrived with some damage. It has not impacted its working mechanism or install, but you can see in the pics where it was bent. Otherwise I’d give this unit 5 stars. It’s so quiet in comparison to a regular window unit. Pushes out very cold air and is a great feature that you can open the window and have an ac unit.
