[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! Our default has been to set a 2 hour delay when we start the dishwasher, but I doubt I'll be willing to use the app just to do that. I LOVE the new interior lighting!. Ericb. Fri May 01 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. The mattress does appear to be more comfortable than the one that was being used by our toddler. We had one that used springs and was completely covered with plastic which I did not love. This mattress does not have inner springs, it is made of sponge, the dual-sided makes it suitable for infants and for toddlers by simply flipping the mattress from one side to the other. I do like that this mattress has a fabric cover which makes it less noisy that the one we had, but I’m afraid it will have to be washed so many times with a toddler that has learned how to take his PJs off including his diaper. The mattress cover does have a large zipper for removing which should make it simple enough for washing. There’s a label to indicate the side to be used for toddler vs infant but I’m still not sure which side is which. I took a best guess and seems to be working just fine. Another thing that is not great is that there is no cover to the mattress itself. Once the outer cover is removed there’s nothing over the sponge mattress, you’re left with the bare sponge; not a big deal, I was just caught off guard as I was expecting something over the sponge mattress and then the cover over that. Overall, it seems to be good crib mattress, and I hope it is more comfortable for my toddler. He does seem to sleep a bit better than before, but he can’t let us know yet.. Claudia. Hartland, WI.
